edit: I will note that with their de-prioritization, it can be as low as 1 down/ .3 up.

They lifted the prioritization/throttling quite a while a go and I have never had a speed problem.
At 100GB shared for myself and 3 teenagers for $100 ($95 if you buy at Target online with a Redcard, no tax either) I'm doing backflips right now.

I was also wondering about the hotspot capability. We have s7's.
There's no way we are going to use 60GB a month, but it is nice to have. We have been traveling this month and have a daughter working at a camp (with little WIFI) so we have gone thru 8GB this month.
Honestly I think the only real difference is customer support, but considering I called Verizon support maybe 2 times in the 18 years we had them, I can live without it.
