wish it is 99 in my area. Need a chainsaw. 174 is not really hot deal.

Several in stock in Tulsa/Bixby for $123 minus my military 10% off. I am heavily into the GW 80V system and have been waiting for a deal on the 80V chainsaw. When this showed up I bought 2, one for my GF who has 60V tools & chargers, one for me, keeping the 2 60V batts and chargers (she doesn't need one more of each).

For as rarely as I need a chainsaw, the 60V model will work for me. Thanks OP!Applause

From what I've seen, the Ego comes with a 5.0 Ah batt, 2.0 for the Greenworks. This should give the Ego a longer runtime & number of cuts on a charge, but the bigger batt will weigh more. The extra weight might be a factor if you are using it for extended periods.
