Yes, pretty much any elementary school. Somehow they start with 3 dozen per kid and manage to lose them all. Seems like they'd be walking on a surface of pencils eventually.

Those tend to be junk, and sometimes with the plastic sleeves that cause issues with sharpening. Ok if that's all you've got, but no comparison considering the cost of buying a box of good pencils that will last for years.

Don't store these in the garage. Store them inside the house where there is enough humidity to keep these from drying.
