Thanks! Just ordered one for my mom, to be delivered tomorrow. Says it it is sold from Target, so I wish I could have done in-store pickup, but next-day delivery is the next best thing.

Good. I just wash the rice and then use 1 to 1 with water. Add a little butter and salt. Then press the rice button. It works for me.

Which credit cards offer that these days?

Also, I think it's possible to buy a square trade warranty through Google Express, but I'm unsure if you're supposed to choose the pre-sale price or what

can you store rice in this for a day or two without it getting hard like you could with a japanese rice cooker?
