You'd need to upgrade the power supply. This one is 180w and you'd need 250w or more to run something like a gtx 1650 which is 75w. I think lenovo has different power supplies for this chassis.
Power supply on this one is 180w.
The upgrades required make it not a great pick because you would need to change the very low wattage power supply as well as buy and install a dedicated graphics card. An SSD would also be nice for general use but not extremely important. It would probably be better to find a more suitable machine to upgrade or build your own.
