Back in May & June it drop down to $29 and lower. So this is not the lowest these earphones has drop.
Got these at $42 a fee weeks ago. They are solid. Good sound. Comfortable. Affordable. Little to no outside noise. And I am getting about 3 hours straight before they need to recharge. And I'm getting 3 charges out of the recharging case.

I use one by itself quite often, and had trouble getting the left to work by itself. only the right seemed to work. the Q&A helped with that.

To use the left earbud independently, please follow the steps below:
Take the left earbud from the charging case or press once to turn on the left earbud—the white indicator light will be flashing.
Then, quickly tap three times to enter pairing mode. The white indicator will flash slowly.
Search "Soundcore Liberty Neo L" and pair it with your phone.
Please keep the other side in the charging case or turning off while using one earbud separately.
And when inactive for a bit, it auto disconnects and there is no way to reconnect it back to your phone without putting it back in its case, wait a few moments, take it out and let it connects itself back to your phone.
So you can't really have a conversation with people around you for more than five minutes, or else it disconnects itself.
This is decent at best for listen to music because the fidelity is quite on par with the mediocre price. Also terrible to talk on it because of ambience noises (in gym, market, streets etc) will drown out your conversation and the other party are in for a rude awakening...so, go to a quiet room if you want to talk about anything meaningful and clarity of the conversation is important. For podcast it's great. Other than that, mediocre at best but the price is low enough to have a pair as back up or casual listening.

I got these a couple weeks ago for $40. I am amazed by the voice quality while listening to music. The box is quite neat and buds are located with a magnetic touch so it it convenient to get them in and out. The box lid opens and 90 degree and not all the way, so that's sometimes uncomfortable. You open the lid, get buds out and it is already connected to phone all within 3-4 seconds. It stays in ears while running and working out. You need to choose the right wings and tips; it comes with many options. I am quite happy with these overall, and is worth the 40 bucks.

Can you control volume or advance tracks with these?

I recently got the Tozo T10 and am extremely happy with them as far as sound, battery life but it cannot control volume or advance tracks.

I will say one downfall is that when I'm working I need to hear so I may just wear one at a time. But it only works on the right earpiece. So if it dies I cannot use the left by itself. Wish it worked both ways.

I believe you have to pair the slave earpod separately that way you can listen to one earpod or the other. At least that is how my cheap earbuds are setup so that I can listen on either 1 by itself

I've researched and I haven't found any history of them being $29.

Picked it up at $50 a few months ago, good headphones. The only thing is it picks up a lot of ambient noise from the mic when having a phone conversation. Overall 4 out of 5
