must be a terrible picture. I can't imagine why it's so cheap. Only issue I see is lacking app support for YouTube TV. Only 2 HDMI inputs.

Same price on Amazon and Best Buy

7.4 at Rtings: https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/nu6900
Only 2 HDMI ports

Their summary:
The Samsung NU6900 is a decent entry-level 4K LCD TV. It has an okay picture quality with a high native contrast ratio but lacks other more advanced features like local dimming to enhance image quality. It can't get very bright and does not have a wide color gamut, so it cannot deliver good HDR performance. It has a low input lag and a fast response time which are good for games, but motion handling is only mediocre.

Thumbs up. Looks like it's around the same price at Target and Best Buy right now..

Rtings review: https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/nu6900

Per Rtings:

Pros
High native contrast
Low input lag

Cons
Only 2 HDMI ports
Limited HDR capabilities
Picture quality degrades when viewed at an angle

Got this on the last deal for $397. Any idea if I can get the difference back? Ordered on July 20 through Wally World.

In regards to quality, it's definitely way better then the 43 in LG I got last year. Not sure the exact model but can look it up later. The tv weighs a good 50 pounds more than the LG so assuming that's all the tech weighing it down. Picture is great. I'm not very picky though so those who freak out and call any cheap 4K tv or one on sale complete sh**, can go suck my.... this picture is better than my other one, both are good so I'm happy. It's all relative, I don't know what I'm missing, as long as the picture improves slightly each time I'll be happy.

The 2 HDMI might suck for some people, I cut the cable so I have my Xbox and chrome cast for the 2 and that should be all I need (also use sling which is avail on this tv).

Any other questions I can answer since I just purchased and hung up?

Doesn't make sense to get a 50 inch at this price when you can pick up the 43 4K Samsung, that's currently $149 in stores

Not a deal, my buddy picked up a 7-series Samsung 55" on clearance from Target a couple of months back for $325, this should be $300 or less.

Got a time machine we can borrow?

I got the 40" one when it was $150 last month (clearance closeout), it's a major step up from the 3 year old sony i had. Would definitely recommend.

Unless you just want this Samsung I picked this up at Sams club for $279. Target carries them as well. TVs are almost identical. Both lack local dimming which is what really makes them this cheap and also doesn't look quite as good as $500 TV same specs with local dimming. We have our xbox running at 4K with this Vizio though and it looks amazing enough to me for my 10.5 year old son. No complaints.

Unless its a 8000 series or up i think the tcl 5-6 series is a better option in this price range.
