2. Requires purchase and activation on both devices
3. Must activate on Magenta Plus rate plan to qualify

•Maximum rebate amount is up to $950
•Must purchase both devices in warehouse
•Line changes should not be made on promotion eligible accounts within the first 60 days to ensure lines reflect promotion properly
Redemption Details
•Member must provide all information within 30 days of activation
•Member must visit www.T-Mobile.com/Promotions within 30 days of activation
•Redemption promo code is found on the redemption form after purchase.
Costco purchase price of Samsung Galaxy Note 10+: $1049.99 x 2 phones = $2099.98 - $950 rebate = 1149.98 / 2 = $574.99 each
-Keep in mind this is for the T-Mobile version, not the unlocked version that you must purchase to participate in the Samsung offer.
-No trade-in required thus you can sell your own "trade-in" and consider those funds a factor when determining the actual price of this deal.
-Also factor in the sale of the second Note 10+ assuming you only want one.

I walked into a Costco store as well and they have their paperwork which shows that T-Mobile is running this deal. So I can confirm they're definitely running this deal if your pre-order
One thing they didn't have (when I visited a couple of days ago) was the price of the note 10 plus
Only problem is I have promotions applied to the account that would be last if I upgraded
