Price went down from 130 yesterday to 115 today, if you already purchase one you can always ask Walmart for price adjustment

- This unit is a hibachi that is slightly offset at the top center, therefore fats/grease naturally fall off, into the pan and ultimately into the grease trap. Cleanup is easier with this as you don't have to constantly scrape drippings into a tray.
- Evenly heats at top temps 500-517 degrees, no issues with searing, and you can create 2 zones of heat with this unit.
- For tools, please look at Mercer Culinary Hells Handle and Millennia units, these tools are proven by heavy line cooks. You need a scraper, rounded spatula and a edged spatula. Value to price ratio is a solid win.
- Several food grade squeeze bottles are your friend, have them handy with oil, water, or whatever sauce you want.
- Comes unseasoned, please use flaxseed and season 3-4 layers before cooking. If flaxseed is not available, peanut or canola will do. DO NOT USE ANIMAL FATS.
- Clean with the scraper, water and a damp rag only. Yearly you can smooth it down with scotch brite and re-season if the surface is uneven.
