Buy Groupon Gift cards via Samsung Pay ($45 for $50 worth) and buy $200 worth (4) for $180. EDIT: You can only add two gift cards per 24 hours on Samsung Pay so you may need another device with a different samsung pay account or maybe you can just login to a different samsung pay account using the same phone? (not sure about the latter)
Open Samsung Pay and navigate towards 20% cashback from Groupon under the "cash back" on main screen (considered a local deal - expires 8/19/2019)

Now regardless of whether or not you chose the Samsung Pay, or Swych option, do the following:
Get a $20 off $100 Lowe's Coupon (try your luck at lowescoupongenerator dot com for like twenty minutes or get a verified one from maxcoupons dot net for $1) - eBay is selling them for ~$1.48 so it is cheaper to buy from maxcoupons
Once you have your Lowe's coupon, add everything to your Lowe's cart while logged in (so it pops up automatically when you log in via your phone. Then go to Samsung Pay again for cash back on Lowe's. Login to your Lowe's account and checkout. For best results, if you are buying several hundred dollars worth, try to split up your transactions so they meet the minimum $100 (you obviously need to buy a few coupons in this case).

It's very easy for me to use, copy the code from the voucher, then pick $200 lowes from the app and go through check out that's it.
So I also got 20% cash back from using samsung pay which makes this deal more slick!
