That's with 15% S&S savings, please be specific when stating that price so others know that is the case.

Last month there was a 30% coupon and I got it for $3.48. Great for travel for a quick treat for a kid.

Now at that price I would pay the extra for the convenience factor for our son to take in his lunch or as a portion controlled snack. But otherwise it's much smarter to just buy a deal on Oreos like the $1.59 Amazon just had on a 13oz package. Or Aldi brand Chips Ahoy and Oreos regularly around $1.29-1.59 for a 13oz package. This box is 4x the price for a 23oz package.

Firstly, even though these are more expensive that the big 15+oz Oreo's that were on sale yesterday, it's still a decent deal as they tend to stay fresher longer and not get as broken up when carrying around in a backpack or traveling. Not priced as a big stock up on item, but as a alternative to bagging them yourself for longer hauls they often work out better.

So, from all who are here who will benefit from your posting, we say thank you & TU.

Secondly, not that you will care about my 2 cents but have to try anyway, when I see S&S offers a large number of the Original Posters will either state both discounts @ 5% & @ 15%, or edit their post after someone like "bluekiwi" gives them a TU response and takes a moment to share their extra value savings because they obviously had 5 items or got it with buying 5 of these items.

Pretty much anyone using Amazon Subscribe & Save - being specific, and pretty much anyone using Slickdeals can cross the mental bridge of understanding when a responder states they got the S&S item a little cheaper.
Reprimanding someone who has positively responded to your posting, instead of say - editing your post to include the 5 or more items price they provided if you think & feel that strongly that we cannot figure it out for ourselves - is rude behavior and I'm sure that wasn't the intention.

What seems to actually confuse a large number of people is not understanding that the discount/coupon is for a limited time, won't appear if the item had been recently purchased at a discount, can sometimes reappear when traffic on the item slows/stock is reassessed and that their choice of browsers play a part among other reasons - and because they don't understand it may just be their problem they are very quick to click the dead button so they can print out the award certificate.

Thanks again for the post.

The two kinds I purchased came to $4.88 as I had more than 5 items and received the 15% discount.

Looks like it's dead, only available from 3rd party sellers now and no 15% off coupon.

First if all, it wasn't "reprimanding", I said "please". Not everyone has access to the 15% discount.

Secondly, I list the 5% only because if someone sees it as a deal then it will surely be q deal at 15% and EVERYONE has access to 5%.

Finally, frontpage slick deals never have the 15% price.

Cross shop target for that same snack pack and you begin to realize you aren't getting an amazing deal at Amazone. The 30 packs were a good deal for sure. SD effect took over.
