XCOM at this price is a no-brainer! I have it on PC, XBox, Vita, Android, and now iOS, apparently! Haha This game is like crack to me. Thanks, OP!
I swear I was going to buy XCOM yesterday .... score one for procrastination!!!
Enemy Within is really Enemy Unknown with an expanded story and added new characters and abilities. Within weaves the story of a third group into the original story of Unknown, and the integration is flawless. Essentially, Enemy Within superseds Enemy Unknown and there's really no reason to get the original if you have the later version. Hope that helps.

Hesitating on XCOM. Why does it require access to so many irrelevant things just to play it? Wifi data (including other devices connected to the network), ID/call info, etc.
Already had both x-com and this war of mine. For half price, will try civ2. Gotta love using rewards for this.
Google Rewards is pretty great. Since most games have moved over to free to play (a.k.a. pay forever) I've been building rewards quicker than I can find good games to buy. I'm usually sitting on around $30 and have to periodically burn some of it before it expires. Looks like I might grab one or more of these after I check them out.
X-Com would be an instant purchase at this price but I'm not sure if my old tablet will handle it. I'll most likely get it anyway for $2 of fake money.

Not sure about call info, but the WiFi is because it has to download a bunch of stuff after you get the app. Also it has a multi player mode.
Yes, it's the full game, albeit lesser options in character costume customization, which is all aesthetics and zero impact to gameplay.
Awesome, thanks! I thought I remembered reading a while ago one of the Xcom games had limited missions or something, but maybe it was something else. Going to have to pick this up!
Just a note for those of you with older iPads. XCom runs on an iPad Gen 3, but it's somewhat slow loading games and a little bit slow during gameplay. It's definitely playable, but perhaps not the best experience.
