I'm starting a new thread since the existing one is for new line or port in.

I called Xfinity mobile customer care to ask if they are offering any promotion to existing customers to upgrade to latest iPhone 11 phones and I was informed, in no uncertain terms , that I'm eligible for $250 Visa card if I were to buy a new iPhone 11 (Max or otherwise). He even read some written promotion to confirm when I told him I was suspicious of that offer. I even pointed out their website states that a new line or a port in is required... but I was informed that is not required.

The only requirement is I will have to buy the phone at a local Xfinity store.

Recommended: Place your order for the new iPhones on or after September 20th, 2019 *IN STORE ONLY*

Try your luck at your local store. YMMV.

I went to the store today and I was told no gift card for BYOD for existing customer. Current phone needs to be Xfinity Mobile on the account.I thought any phone is eligible.

I asked on online chat and they confirmed as long as the order is placed by 9/30 in the store, even if the device is backordered it still counts.

BYOD customer who ordered a 128 gb phone on Sept. 22, received and activated it on Sept. 26 and today on Sept. 30 shows that I have a gift card pending.

Today I ordered Iphone 11 RED ( ships Home on October 9) BYOD customer. I was told all BYOD customers are eligible for the offer. Even if the device is not available in store, They can order and it is eligible for $250 Visa card. Hope this helps for someone. Xfinity store near my home is new store and they said it is not eligible. Store at my work says it works and ordered. Online Reps different one's are saying different things. So please do your own research and what Reps are says is not completely true some times.

Hello , I am existing customer with 2 payments left on my iPhone X - would like to get an 11 Pro Max in store with existing inventory and get the $250 per paid card. I am being told its not possible with an upgrade where you keep the phone. Only if I turn in the old phone. I guess I could do a new line and then port my number over once its all paid and no payments are left. Would like to keep my old phone. Has anyone been able to do what Im describing and if so how ?

If you have 2 payments left I would just pay off the balance and then you own the phone.

My son's phone was paid off last year and he just upgraded to the new iphone and got the $250 pending fulfilment. They never asked for his old phone.
