The "Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") may only be entered by legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, excluding its possessions and territories (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Territory"). Entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the Sweepstakes Territory.
Prizes.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner ("Winner") will receive:
Two (2) entry tickets to a Miranda Lambert album release event scheduled to take place in New York, New York during the calendar week of November 1, 2019 ("Event");
Two (2) artist meet-and-greet passes for the Event;
One (1) gift card in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) to one of Miranda's favorite restaurants in New York;
Idyllwind® Clothing Prize Pack;
Two (2) roundtrip domestic flights (economy class) from the airport nearest the Winner's home address, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, to a NYC-area airport; and
Two (2) nights' hotel accommodation in double-occupancy room in New York, New York during the week of the Event.
Approximate retail value of all prizes combined (the "Prize" or "Prizes") is Three Thousand Dollars USD ($3,000.00). The approximate retail value of the Prizes represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the Prizes turns out to be less than the stated approximate retail value, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions provided that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize in whole or in part for a Prize of equal or greater value in the event that any component of the Prize is unavailable for any reason. Prizes may not be sold, bartered or transferred. Prizes do not include any additional expenses, including, but not limited to incidentals, meals, telephone charges, travel insurance, souvenirs, ground transportation, federal, state and local sales or other taxes and surcharges which are the sole responsibility of each Winner.
