Just had the C545 for a few hrs and the wifi already failed for me like stated in the Costco reviews. There seems to be no way to reset/change the wifi.
I removed the device from the app, reset router/modem; my experience was exactly the same as the critical reviews.
Not sure if it's a batch of bad units or if the app needs polishing. I have a C535 as well and I prefer that much better, especially since I have a timer button that I can just set and forget about. The C545 does have a much smaller footprint if that matters, moreso for height/width than for depth.
This just happened to my second unit this morning after setting it up last night and it was fine until this morning.
I've ordered the refurbished C535 from Winix's website directly, and will return the second unit (with the bad Wi-FI module) back to Costco. The first one from Costco seems to be working fine so far since 10/24/19 when I first set it up.

Try manually closing the app and re-opening, that usually fixes it for me.
UPS just delivered my C535 ("reconditioned") that I had ordered from Winix directly as others have mentioned it. It came in a a "brown box" and looks brand new!
Attached is a photo of the C545 side-by-side against the C545. This C545 is going back to Costco this weekend due to the Wi-Fi module not working (worked the first night after it was set up, and the next day, it no longer worked).

Is there a coupon code or is it no longer on sale? Showing $89.99 for me.
Why not WiFi on the purifier? Everything has WiFi nowadays. I actually like the feature on my Coway with the WiFi, although it can be little wonky sometimes.
Yeah but if you think logically. Why do you need wifi on a 24/7 air purifier? Just because everything had wifi these days doesn't mean it belongs on everything. People get suckered into fad these days and lose sight of what makes sense and what is logical.
I'd rather have a non wifi like the 3 535s I have and get 2 year of filters with it

Cause mine is not on 24/7. I like to turn it on remotely before getting home.
