I don't know if the outlets are still running their 50% off sale, but I highly recommend you check them out and see if they are. They were seriously 50% off the "sale" prices I'm seeing now on their websites.

Unless you're looking for their unnaturally popular line of clothing, these online sales are still higher than your local outlet.

Are you saying UB19s were around $100 before or after the discount at the store? There are quite a few options at the $126 price which would be just about $100 after the 20% off code.

If you're talking about the 50% off sale, it is/was Nationwide. An email was sent and I think the deal was posted on SD a week ago or so. I went that weekend, which was about eight days ago. I'm not sure how long the sale was for but it had to have at least been until this past weekend.
They were $120ish to full, retail $180 before the 50% off. Some styles were excluded but I know the all white 19s were included. They were $180 or so, before discount.
My local outlet, Simon Outlets, also has a coupon for 20% off a $100 purchase. This stacks on top of any in store promotion, including the 50% off sale. So even a pair of full price UBs not included in the 50% off sale would still be eligible for 20% off with that coupon. It wouldn't be a steal, but the point is that even stuff excluded from promotions in store still get 20% off, so long as the total purchase is $100+.
