I think maybe it will be released later this year. Just need to claim it now. Dontknow

I just purchased it for free via the Marketplace in the game. I didn't use the link.

I couldn't find it in the skins category (even price sorted low to high) but in marketplace main s menu up top there's a search icon, I typed "cape" and searched and the first result was https://marketplace.minecraft.net...f0b01cb4da it worked thanks! Cape equipped
