How to convert Amazon digital credits into actual dollars (?)

I have no use for digital credits because I don't consume those products. People talk about them like they are cash. Anyone have ideas on how to convert them into actual dollars?

In the past you used to be able to buy gaming eGift cards (Nintendo, Xbox, & Switch) but they stopped allowing that.

Pretty much all you can use the no rush credits for now are digital movies/tv shows, digital music, eBooks, & apps.

I mainly use mine for TV seasons and movie purchases/rentals. It's a nice bonus freebie.
