I live in NC and a lot of it around here is buy so many bottles and they give you a discount.

Not sure what you are trying to say. In NC the ABC stores are government run (no 'discounts' per se) and I do not believe give any break for quantity purchases.

The stores have to get approval for the discounts. For example, here is the Wake County ABC specials/discounts [wakeabc.com]. I don't go to the ABC much, so not an expert on it. Usually grab wine at the grocery stores instead.

Yes, for wine, beer, etc you can get discounts for 6 bottles or so many cased but to my knowledge the ABC stores do not offer such discounts to retail customers. Would be nice as VA and SC have MUCH lower prices by default.
