Old CPU = Bad deal. The CPU runs slower to compensate for hacker attacks like Spectre and Meltdown.

I'm waiting for the Intel 10th gen processors which correct this major flaw and will run faster and be more responsive

Old? It's 1-2 generations old and has an nvme boot drive
