However, only 3 lines are showing "Special promotion: This device is eligible for a $250.00 Prepaid Card" in my confirmation email.
The one phone didn't show the special promotion is Samsung note 10+ (unlocked, directly from Samsung.com).
Does anyone know why this phone didn't show the special promotion message in the confirmation email? Will I still receive $250 for this phone?
Thanks!

I have 8 lines to port out from t-mobile promotion but I do not have 8 devices to byod because we would still be using on them on the main t-mobile account. I have the imei's of the phones that I had unlocked and sold and those imei's are accepted on version byod.
Also, how do I check if my PH-1 is network unlocked? Settings, About, UICC Unlocked
