247sports is a recruiting and sports website. They may have an app, I'm not sure, but it's really just a website. The CBS All Access is the video streaming part of this, not 247Sports.

This is may or may not be an new update to this post but in preparation for Piccard i got this 2 months free of cbs all access no commercial plus $1 dollar for the 247 website

Did you get it as part of the $1 months? There are a lot of disclaimers on how the CBS access benefit starts AFTER the promotional period. Maybe they changed it?
