2. How to Redeem Your Offer

2. Trade-in an eligible device.

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

1. How are you guys sending trade-in phone? It is okay to bubble wrap it and send in bubble envelope? Or can I put it in phone box and then use bubble envelope?
2. When you go to your TMobile account online, do you see correct device as iPhone 11? For me it is snowing as unknown device and when I asked TMobile support, they are asking for imei number to add to account. If i do not provide imei number, is it going to impact rebate?
On another note, the device IMEI detection matters when you actually request the unlock since they checked if I was actually using it when I requested to unlock my XR last time !

As to supplying IMEI number - you are looking for trouble. I think that could be a very important tracking and process number. But - I do not KNOW.

It's pitiful Apple is still including such a small amount of Storage in their lineup. Haven't people realized their storage options are a scam? Their markup is ridiculous! You can get a 64gb micro sd card for under ten bucks. And why can't they add an Sd card slot?
