Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.

It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.

Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!

Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!

Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!

And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

thats something to do with the line..i think you exchange with a different device with in 90 days at costco...i am in the same boat as you

The kiosk rep is not employed by Costco, he is employed by another company stationed in Costco to facilitate your sign up with T-Mobile. You're buying the phone itself from Costco, hence the Costco receipt for the phone only. You are bound by the return policy of Costco for the phone, not the kiosk employee.

Thanks for the input, does it mean if in 3 months the rebate is rejected by tmobile for any reason, I could just return the iphone 11 and get refund of the phone? understanding that I still pay for the Tmobile service regardless

would that work if I purchase a 64GB iphone 11 and then exchange to 128GB when it is available in future without affecting the rebate?

Yes, at least that is how it worked in the past at Costco. Next time you're in Costco, just ask specifically at Costco Customer Service what the current return policy is for the iphone 11 (not at the T-mobile kiosk). Then as long as you abide by that policy, you should be good.

yes..it should..in my case i am looking for a 11and all they got at store was XR and Pro Max...i am thinking to grab them for now and exchange them for 11 once rebate is approved
