Yes, after the Costco associate takes out the phone, grab it and run out the store with it. If you are fast enough, this will work...

Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.

It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.

Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!

Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!

Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!

And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

How much does ___ cost at Costco? Easy - go to the website. Prices are listed.
iPhone 8 through Apple gets you $220
iPhone XS through Apple gets you $500

iPhone 8 through this Costco deal gets you $580
iPhone XS through this Costco deal gets you $580

130 for 2 lines
25 for third and fourth line.
less bill credit of 25 for third line free
less bill credit of 20 for auto pay (credit card is fine for autopay)

Net 140 a month.
Right, hopefully T-Mobile will correct it when I call them.

I took Essentials 65, and it's there in their list.
Reps at Kiosk has a full list? or how did you know it's in the list? It's not in the wiki's list.

just found out the trade in imeis, the phone numbers, and the iphone 11 imeis don't correctly match. Do i need to have costco redo the paperwork?
clarification:
added 2 lines, bought 2 iphone 11 and trade in 2 6s. my trade in 6s imei and phone number is linked to my sister's iphone 11 in the t-mobile system and vice versa. My sister already submitted her trade in online form with her iphone 11's imei number. I can't submit mine because there can't be 2 trade-ins for 1 iphone 11's imei number. what should i do?

You can do this deal, if you reactivate your canceled lines.
I cancelled my T-Mobile within last 90 days, do I still quality for this new promotion? Thanks!

Can you please explain "reactivate your cancelled line"?

I have called 3 different Wireless Center at Costco. They all said I would not qualify for this deal. If I am still with TMobile now, I need to add a new line with a trade-in to qualify for this deal.

Thanks for the help!

You can as this is a completely different program they offer, based on your employer.
Yes, even I thought so. But only catch is in the terms and condition "Says offer shouldn't combined with any other promotions"

That statement made me scary. Have you ever tried that before and got it?

By the way I have repped.

my trade-in credit has not come in yet either.

what number did you call and how did they tell you they knew the condition of your trade-in?

I called and they told me they knew it arrived but that was all. no other info. it's been a week now, but my other 3 trade-ins were credited last week.

Assurant sends phone images in detail once received..they either send credit amount or put them in backlog.. so tmobile rep's can see the phone condition... tmo *18009378997 .. just escalate to manager and they will get to the bottom of it..
your information here was spot on correct.

My 3rd call about this to the T-Mo reps. My first rep Monday told me nothing of value. My 2nd rep Wednesday sounded like he knew his stuff and said he could see the device was received and scanned, but again told me to wait 90 days and see what happens. My rep today said they have a tool that they can see the scanned device and its full status details. The device was waiting for a response from me to accept the adjusted trade-in offer since they incorrectly noted my trade-in as a 6plus 16gb instead of a 6s plus 64gb. I triple checked all my email and texts and I can say with no doubt I did NOT get any notice. The rep said, no problem and noted that I was OK to accept the new trade-in value.

so, HUCA if you dont get the answer that sounds right or sure.

I repped you for this info you provided.

Any cheap deal to buy an IPhone 6s for trade in
The fastest i found was to get the iphone 6s is through bestbuy or Walmart. $150.

You can try FB marketplace/craigslist. But make sure you buy only a clean esn phone.

Just picked up two 128GB iPhone 11 and not thrilled with extra $50 per phone :-) I also added $118 square trade warranty and I purchased it through my Costco citi card and Costco rep told me that basically I am getting 4 year worth of accidental protection from Square Trade. Is the square trade warranty really worth it?

You can open a new T-mobile account and add a new line. Or if they can re-open the same account(you had earlier), then you have to reactivate(Bring back) the cancelled lines + add new line.

You dont have to explain them , the previous history. Just tell them you want to open a new T-Mobile account and do this deal. They should do either one of the above options.

Thanks. Looks like th H2o has closed this route. Now, you have the enter the plan pin. The minimum plan is $10.
My bad i did not know that. My other option would be to port in to xfinity mobile. I have grandfathered plan used for deals as well. I only pay tax around $1-2 per month for the per GB line to keep the service which I am not currently using.

Ting is $6(lowest plan). Some time back, Bestbuy was selling the Ting SIM for $1. Not sure , if it is still there.

Have all the rebate/redemption forms filled out by vendor for all 3 offers. Going online now to start getting some $ back, wish me luck!
What is the offer code you got in your rebate form, for the $580?

I just asked if there was a minimum we needed to keep it open and he said 6 months. I said I didn't hear or see that anywhere and he said if we weren't planning to keep at least 6 months he wouldn't do the promotion for us since he wouldn't get commission.....Confused
It's because people keep asking unnecessary questions. No need to ask all that. It just raises flags for you. All the answers are already in this thread.

Sorry, just ask again because no anwer in the first time:

The wiki said the trade-in phone should be paid off.
My att iphone 6s stil has not been paid off yet. I will keep the att line anyway because it is still under the monthly credit. Coscto customer checked it and didn't say anything wrong. Should I paid it off before shipping to trade in?
