If you are wondering about fitting textbooks and other things in there it seems to have plenty of room in the 2 big pockets. I compared it to the classic JanSport backpack, which is 16" h x 13" w . This Samsonite bag is 19" h x 13" w so you should have plenty of room for larger books and things.... assuming that's what you're talking about.

Personally, I would got for Swiss Alpen [amazon.com]. It looks more professional, bigger, less expensive, and probably equally well made. In additional all the features GSD has, it has side compression straps and shoulder straps tie.

How are the zippers on these? In my experience there are three or four types of zippers on backpacks and duffle bags. There are:
-really cheap fabric strip ones with tiny lightweight plastic teeth that fail after awhile
-much larger toothed heavier duty plastic zippers that have a nice bulky feel and tooth width
-small metal zipper teeth that fail after awhile
-large metal teeth that are rugged and thick
