If you are wondering about fitting textbooks and other things in there it seems to have plenty of room in the 2 big pockets. I compared it to the classic JanSport backpack, which is 16" h x 13" w . This Samsonite bag is 19" h x 13" w so you should have plenty of room for larger books and things.... assuming that's what you're talking about.

The real question is who would pay $130 for a backpack? Looks like another bogus MSRP to me.
Yeah this backpack looks new so I question whether the MSRP was actually ever even $130. But a good backpack is not easy to make, last a long time, and is a pretty big investment. And I can say for sure that Samsonite are very well made but most are lacking waist and chest straps which makes them lose some points for me during long walks. The zippers are solid and loud, which is nice if you're traveling and paranoid about thieves sneaking up on you; you'll definitely hear them.
I got a Samsonite tectonic 2 large bag last week from Amazon for like $40 and it's pretty nice, now the price raised to $90 on official site. This one here is definitely much nicer looking, but it seems a big portion of people find these backpacks ugly; I think they're looking for a modern minimal design and I wish them luck, because those brands charge 150 to 200 easily on the low end, 300 on the higher end. Besides the stupid "usb" label on this bag I think it looks nice. The Samsonite Tucker bag looks really nice imo, wish it was on sale as well.
That USB sign... They had to use 4" fonts, not 2".
lol yeah, i'll probably remove that or cover it if i can. looks like this will pair nicely with my samsonite winfield 2 carryon that i've been using weekly for the past 2 years.

My friend laughed at that when she saw it and suggested I just iron on a patch or a couple of pins. You could even just cover it with sharpie?
A lot of niiice backpacks even put labels inside the backpack for tablet and laptop pockets etc. it's so stupid, they should just include it on the instructions that come with it so we know what each pocket is suggested for.
Personally, I would got for Swiss Alpen[amazon.com]. It looks more professional, bigger, less expensive, and probably equally well made. In additional all the features GSD has, it has side compression straps and shoulder straps tie.
How closely do spirit airlines employees look at the size of your personal item during check-in and/or boarding? Or as long as it fits under the seat you are fine?
If you are on the fence, Best Buy carries these. I went in to check it out in person and was woefully unimpressed. I didn't think it was worth $40 much less $130.

Doesn't stack with this deal
Yes, as long as you don't stuff it so full that it can't fit under the seat in front of you. You would pay for overhead bin space.
