Isn't this the set that was like $55 a few weeks ago? I mean if you've got a use for the points it's still a solid deal since the points are in relatively big chunks.

Thanks OP. For those who have the $15 Freecash Sears has pry bars and torque wrenches on sale which make good filler items.

The fine print kills this... You will earn $25 in 'points' every 2 weeks, and those points expire in 2 weeks. So, every other week for 2 months you need to spend $25 or more at Sears to get the value out of this.

Sears is such a joke now. Hard pass as the points are worthless.

How long will Sears be around? Long enough to use the points?

A retailer would be pretty foolish to shut down during the Black Friday and Christmas seasons. This time of year means the points are likely to be especially useful as well. You can't roll points, but they are useful for topping up other cashback deals.
