Always spend your credits ASAP!
I have been doing these surveys for several years and rarely used the money in my account. I was saving it up. A couple of days ago, Google took out over $47 with no explanation. After about an hour on the phone with someone from Google that was probably in India, I still have no satisfaction.
They are saying the credits expired. That is not what is in the terms. There was no warning or explanation. Everytime I did a survey I remember it saying that the credits expire one year from the last survey you took. They arbitrarily removed them and I just noticed that some of the terms look different now than they were a few days ago.
The rep said if enough people complained, we might be able to get a credit. Here is where I contacted them: https://support.google. com/pay/an...c=7644061#
If I knew they were going to be taken away I would of used them way before this. Also, if they expire after a certain time then they would not of let them accumulate and then just wipe them all out. It looks to me like they changed their terms without telling anyone and are taking back any unused credits.

That's not quite the way it works. Every credit you earn expires after a year after being earned. It's been like that as long as I've been using it, so probably about 2 years.
Edit: I actually found a slickdeals thread from someone mentioning this change just about 2.5 years ago. They were able to get Google to reinstate their credits and extend the expiration, but that's a definite YMMV, especially since they were complaining about it close to when the terms changed.
Good luck!
Here is another resource for contacting them: https://support.google.com/audiencemeasurement/contact/support?hl=en&cfsi=email_support&cfnti=366261... [google.com]
Seems like a pretty rampant issue that google is handling very poorly: https://support.google.com/googleplay/thread/4176249?hl=en

What does it say under your history. If they screwed you, leave negative feedback.

That's the biggest crock of this issue is that there is no history. The rewards just disappear without a trace and there is no way to see what happened to them.

I've used most of mine to buy decent kids' apps and more recently to buy gold in Wizards Unite, but if you can bank them to Amazon, that would be good to know. That's what I do with any and all rebate gift cards.
The best thing I can find is looking at the activity via payments.google.com. But that only shows actual ITEMS purchased, not expired credits.
I haven't been able to figure out how to see already expired amounts that have been deducted, though.
Was going to pay for a year of Google 1 so I can store all my original quality Pixel pictures.
How do you do this?
