Always need to consider the transfer fee for balances transfers, and should be included in this post.

"There is a balance transfer fee of either $5 or 3% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater."
EDIT FROM MAY 2021-- THIS POST IS TWO YEARS OLD. THE CARD IT MENTIONS IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO BE OPENED.

PLEASE STOP REPLYING TO A TWO YEAR OLD POST WONDERING WHY YOU CAN NOT FIND THIS SPECIFIC CARD/DEAL ANYMORE.

Chase Slate is only 15 months but 0% balance transfer fee.

The slate itself sucks as a card to actually use for anything other than the BT, but if you're mainly concerned about the BT, and the 3 extra months won't kill you, it saves you 3% of however much you're transferring over this... plus once you're done with the BT you can product change it into a genuinely useful card like a Freedom or something.
After years of being on airline miles cards I switched to this card. I am very happy with it. Airline miles are worth an average of 1.3 cents per dollar spent these days. This card is worth 2 cents per dollar to me as a shopper. It takes VERY little effort to redeem the 2% cash back. I enjoy the value and simplicity of this card. I find the citi web site and mobile app to be stronger than alternative bank sites and apps. I don't have the time or desire to manage multiple cards.

I have been looking for the Slate card recently, I believe they just ended it this year, too bad.

Is there any current 0% APR card for at least 12 months and zero balance transfer fee?

This is obviously a bit dated since it still lists slate but one of the others might still be available to you

Citi removed pretty much everything for this card, unless you're spending large amounts of money and care for an extra 0.5%CB over any other normal cc (like freedom, cashwise qucksilver...) there's absolutely no reason to use this card

You just answered your own question. 0.5% is 0.5%. I will take that $90+ per year in my pocket. This is Slickdeals.

Well I did mention that unless you were spending large amounts of money on this card then it was pretty useless. That extra +$90 per year means you're spending at least 18k a year on this card, from which I hope none of that are items that could use a benefit as basic as extended warranty which is still offered by most other free credit cards

Effective September 22, 2019, Worldwide Car Rental Insurance, Trip Cancellation & Interruption Protection, Worldwide Travel Accident Insurance, Trip Delay Protection, Baggage Delay Protection, Lost Baggage Protection, Medical Evacuation, Citi® Price Rewind, 90 Day Return Protection, and Missed Event Ticket Protection will be discontinued and will no longer be provided for purchases made on or after that date.

And you can add extended warranty to this list, not counting the fact that this card comes with a $0 signup bonus

I use it for all my purchases that I don't higher cash back rates for on other cards, and there's no fee for this card.... the extra 0.5% is 33% more than you're getting with a 1.5% card... I'd be stupid to not use it.

If you like/want to travel (post coronavirus), then you can get this AND the Citi Premier card. All cash back from this card can be converted into Citi Thank You points, which can be used to travel. If you know the right way to use credit card reward points, then it can be one of the best combos in the entire credit card industry.
