Chase Slate is only 15 months but 0% balance transfer fee.
The slate itself sucks as a card to actually use for anything other than the BT, but if you're mainly concerned about the BT, and the 3 extra months won't kill you, it saves you 3% of however much you're transferring over this... plus once you're done with the BT you can product change it into a genuinely useful card like a Freedom or something.

paying off your balance is as good as it gets dude.
So what's the limitation? If I spend 100k a year, will i get 2k cashback ?
What exactly do I have to do to avoid paying interest? I'm assuming that parenthetical "including balance transfers" doesn't include the original balance transfer that is supposed to be at 0% for 18 months?
So whatever $ that is left after 18 months, there will be an interest charge on that amount. Looks like Citi forces you to do the balance transfer within the 4 months period after opening to benefit from the promotional 0% APR. This appear to only apply for the first transfer.
Oh and if you do a balance transfer, you will be charged 3% of the total amount taken out. 3% is actually good. Sometime Discover will offer 2%.. The rest are usually 4% which is quite high, but the norm. So it's not totally free, unless you only use the card for daily purchase and no balance transfers.

Great answer, thank you very much!
Hmmmm I've always heard the opposite and last I checked I believe $5,000 was at or near the minimum line for the slate , no?

I BT'd about $7k. Then I divide into 17 equal payments so I have 1 extra month just in case. I know some others will do minimum payments and do a slam full payoff right before the promotional 0% period.. but only the totally discipline and capable should be doing this.
I just finished doing this as well with my Chase Slate (with 0% BT fee). Now, I need to call them up to convert to a Freedom Unlimited that others have stated they were able to do successfully.. just haven't done it yet.. lazy. But it has $0 balance right now anyways.

This is false information.
It's not that you wont receive the other 1% if you pay early, it's that you will receive the 1% on the next payment cycle. (there's a timing delay)

I have the card. No limits on both 1%. I've gotten the full 2% on the 60k or so I've spent with this card in 2020. It's just that the 2nd 1% is one statement cycle behind the first because you have to pay the full balance first to get the second 1%.
