Chase Slate is only 15 months but 0% balance transfer fee.

The slate itself sucks as a card to actually use for anything other than the BT, but if you're mainly concerned about the BT, and the 3 extra months won't kill you, it saves you 3% of however much you're transferring over this... plus once you're done with the BT you can product change it into a genuinely useful card like a Freedom or something.
After years of being on airline miles cards I switched to this card. I am very happy with it. Airline miles are worth an average of 1.3 cents per dollar spent these days. This card is worth 2 cents per dollar to me as a shopper. It takes VERY little effort to redeem the 2% cash back. I enjoy the value and simplicity of this card. I find the citi web site and mobile app to be stronger than alternative bank sites and apps. I don't have the time or desire to manage multiple cards.

You can overpay one of your credit card accounts and request a refund by check. Then deposit the check in any bank.

This is a good card. Have had it for years and they offer 0% interest on transfers and purchases almost once per year. They have the Lowest apr out of all of my cards.

So the APR is 2% not free.

BTW might be of interest to folks who are in the "I refuse to use more than 1 card" group- the Alliant 2.5% cash back card is removing its annual fee (though it has some other requirements going forward)

Does anyone knows of a card that lets you deposit into your bank account the balance transfer offers? Like I get BofA offers always of either paying off other card or depositing in my bank account.

Nowadays all major banks will do it. My Chase, Discover, BoA, Citi all will BT to my checking account.

Chase is far more conservative with their credit lines than Citi. You may get no fee with the Slate, but they might only give you a credit line on $5,000.

This is your opinion not a fact .. I have both and chase gave me 25k credit line while Citi only 12k

Citi offered me an additional 0.5% CB for a year if I opened a checking account, although I don't see it stated anywhere.

Is this decent for a balance transfer? Seems 0% and 0% balance transfer fee, doesn't exist anymore.

As far as I've seen, they don't really exist anymore. I haven't seen one in the last 10 years personally. Probably have better chances seeing it with a current card you have versus a new account offer. 3% - 4% is the average I have seen.

I think the Chase Slate is no longer offered.. at least for a 0% BT fee. I was able to open one back in Nov 2019.. and was able to utilize the 0% BT fee.. but they only gave me a $4k limit.. so wasn't "that" great. At some point in the past year or so, they got rid of this offering.

The BT fees are starting to creep up... it seems 4% and 5% are now becoming the normal BT fee. So 3% is probably your best bet these days.

I may end up doing this Citi Double Cash since it's 18 months at 0% .. but have to sacrifice the 3% fee.. the one time 3% BT fee is still better than most solutions. Also, 18 months is a good amount of time. I guess if you look at it that way, it's more like a 2% "annualized" BT fee.

The 21 month 0% BT options I've seen are asking for a 5% BT fee.
