I find it interesting that a lossless streaming service is offering bluetooth HPs which don't support Hi-Res streaming bit rates which is what Tidal is all about. Best use these with a cable otherwise your back to 16-44 at best.

If you click on the terms and conditions it reads, "One-year TIDAL HiFi membership: Sennheiser HD 4.50BTNC (a $179.95 value) or Sennheiser IE 80 S BT (a $349.99 value)"

The IE 80 S BT is a $500 pair of in ear monitors. I'd sign up instantly if I got those but I assume it's a typo and you'd get the non bluetooth model.

Decent deal if you're interested in one of the two products, though.

Retails for around $78 before tax in California so I'd be getting tidal for ~$40. If I didn't have my spotify student discount still I'd probably give this a chance. pretty cool deal OP

Good deal if you were already in the market for their service and also needed/wanted new headphones. Still seems overpriced to me but I'm not an audiophile.

Great catch, but HiFi is $240/year so there's about $90 risk given your price range. Worth it if u want HiFi but not automatic free. Smilie

It's still live for me. However since I already have Tidal through Plex it just keeps saying "username already taken" when I try to sign up. Guess it's new members only.

Deal seems to be alive. Im not a fan of tidal after trying the free trials though.

Also, it is IE 80 S in-ear headphones. Not the bluetooth version according to description in offer.

The 4.40 BT are $80 on Amazon.

As a heads up, the Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC (different color variants) were available for $80 in some pre-Black Friday sales at Best Buy and Amazon. So there is some chance these will be at that price again on Black Friday. I've seen them hit $120 throughout the year on various sales as well. So unless you need the headphones right now the discount off the normal Tidal membership may not be that large.
