What is that "No" based on? TCL 6-Series tracks with the Q60R, but is more in line with Q70R. This Black Friday, the TCL 6-Series 65" is on sale for $600 at Costco!. If you are picking the Samsung over this, it's just because of brand recognition. Check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t88f6PUV5CU

New model 625 ?
Last year 615?

The one in your YouTube link refers to the 2019 version 65R625, whereas the Costco one is the older 65R613 model which is not QLED.

There's not much difference between the two. RTINGS.COM gives the 2019 a 8.1 vs. 2018 8.0. CNET also says the QLED in the 2019 makes a marginal difference.
Yea, sure. From what I've read and watched, they are about equally matched. Also, I'm talking about TCL 6-Series on sale for $600. Come back when you find the H9F on sale for the same price.

You can't even put a TCL 6 series next to a qled monster such as q8fn that's a fact.

Most likely why it's 600
I have no dog in this fight but he was comparing the TCL 6 to Samsung Q60 (2019) originally and 2019 TV's overall. The Samsung Q8FN is a 2018 model and wasn't mentioned at all. It's also about 3x the price. So I am not sure what your point is.
edit: I missed that you brought up 2019 TVs. I agree with him that the TCL 6 series is likely better than the Samsung Q60. I also agree with you that the Hisense H9F is likely better than the TCL 6. I also agree that neither compare to the Samsung Q8FN, I'm just lost on where that even came from because it doesn't really fit in the discussion.

That's the thing h9f most definitely competes very well against q8fn and even q9fn.
Look for yourself at both screens. and h9f is half the price of what the qled monster is.
TCL 6 series does not come close to qled monsters such as q8/q9fn.
