These are sample deals for store pickup (shipping basically cancels out the value of the coupon) -- the key is to stack any of the on sale Packout items with one of these promo codes:
Nice price, I'm a Milwaukee fan boy but always thought the packout was too big and too expensive. This helps with the expensive part. I ended up getting the$100 rigid certain that goes on sale during the holidays. Don't use a rolling box as much as I thought I would though TBH.
100% agree that at their regular prices, the heavy-duty model without the foam is the better buy. What you linked is beast-mode Packout, organizers are light-duty Packout, and the $40 one on sale in this post is somewhere in the middle.
It really does depend on the application though -- for drills and batteries (10-15 pound total weight), I think the included foam allows you to provide much more secure transport than having them bounce around in the beefier model. But hey, it's Packout -- 'to each his own' is kind of the point.
Oh! One thing I just found out when I picked mine up -- Milwaukee gives you two pieces of foam with the $40 model, and it fits any of the beefier boxes as well. So I split them up, and am in the process of customizing my new medium duty boxes (with one piece), and my existing heavy duty boxes (with the extra pieces). Not bad at all, when the alternative is to shell out $25 for JUST THE FOAM[northerntool.com].

I think I just want the large toolbox and the rolling box.

If you get their flyer, they usually have similar coupons to this -- but it's a physical coupon.

Just looking at it brings joy!
No filler required. Northern Tool coupon codes work on items that are just below the target amount.
