I really like this deal but I wonder what size the PSU is?

And, if need-be, is there enough space for a larger one?

I wouldn't bother changing the PSU. It's on the low end but enough to work.

Not a bad sustem for 600ish after tax.

Decent deal. You about break even if you build it yourself. Still cheaper if you already have the basics

Any idea what the Mobo is like on this thing? It's probably good enough regardless but there's a few deals to compare so it would be good to know

Had to scour a bit but i found it, H370 is the chipset, here's the link to the full specs https://support.hp.com/us-en/docu...25046#AbT1

This CPU & GPU generally go for $400 in total. So, you'll be getting the entire system, with windows and everything, for 200 more than that. It's hard to get a better deal than this.

Lenovo gives you 8gb ram more for $120 more. I don't know Lenovo's power supply, but this is 400.

Anyone know how to make this deal even better, like more cash back? I'm already going to purchase with my chase freedom via PayPal to get 5% cash back, and for the extra year warranty it provides.

A little torn. I'm considering this versus the Skytech:
https://slickdeals.net/f/13614904-skytech-oracle-gaming-desktop-ryzen-2600-gtx-1660-8gb-ddr4-500gb-ssd-599-free-shipping-598-4?page=4#comments

Comparing the two, it goes down to the Intel versus the AMD which the Intel had better benchmarks. The Skytech had better, power supply, and storage. The video card is a 1660 versus a 1660Ti (not sure if they are the same or not).

The pricing is about the same (with the coupon codes on Google) so not sure which I should pull the trigger on. I would be using it as a casual gaming rig mostly with some desktop work (which the Intel had better marks for).

Not sure if the HP can be upgraded as easily as the Skytech either (ease of adding RAM and another SSD)

Anyone with a little better knowledge chime in ?

Thanks in advance !
