I wouldn't bother changing the PSU. It's on the low end but enough to work.
Not a bad sustem for 600ish after tax.

Comparing the two, it goes down to the Intel versus the AMD which the Intel had better benchmarks. The Skytech had better, power supply, and storage. The video card is a 1660 versus a 1660Ti (not sure if they are the same or not).
The pricing is about the same (with the coupon codes on Google) so not sure which I should pull the trigger on. I would be using it as a casual gaming rig mostly with some desktop work (which the Intel had better marks for).
Not sure if the HP can be upgraded as easily as the Skytech either (ease of adding RAM and another SSD)
Anyone with a little better knowledge chime in ?
