It's always so shady when you have to use your steam login to these 3rd party sites to claim these dlc.

what information are they gathering? if they get hacked, will your password be compromised?

The first one was not only the best rts but one of the greatest games of all times. I haven't played 2 but the reception was lukewarm compared to the first.

Just make a spoof steam account then. I have a second account to claim extra games if they're free, mostly for multiplayer

This is one of the best RTS games every made, but the online community is very much dead for this game. 90% of the multiplayer games you join will involve at least one of your teammates or opponents starting the game AFK, and then multiple players leaving as a result of not wanting to play with an AFK teammate. In the event that all players connect to the game and play from the start, somebody will usually leave the game the second that the team faces any type of adversity, which usually causes multiple other people to leave as well.

Great game. It had great multiplayer a few years ago. Play it for the single player only.

Was going to play this back in the day but heard about the controversy and decided to skip. Not really offended or anything but not a big fan of propaganda infused story.
