I got this advice from someone on Slickdeals, and like to keep sharing it: To keep the filter from getting clogged, I cover it with toilet paper*, paper towel**, used bounce sheet*** or a swiffer dry cloth. One layer of any of these (cut to fit) makes emptying the dirt bin a breeze because none of your floor mess gets embedded in the filter, regular or ultra.

* exactly two squares fits perfectly
** cheap stuff, not ultra-thick Costco paper towels
*** unused sheets are annoyingly stiff

I just use the Tissue trick. Take one Kleenex tissue and separate out the two layers and put one over the filter.

Sorry I did not mean to say to delete the post. I said you can price match it with Kohls and also get kohls cash and apply 15% coupon. Then within some time the item did not show up in kohls website at all so I deleted the text.

I got it for $169.99 from kohls and got $30 kohls cash.

Unfortunately no. D5 has sidebrush.
I've had a D4 for about a year now and my experience is a side brush is not necessary given the "D" shaped design... Picks up dirt/dust along edges and corners very well.
Only difference between D3 and D4 is battery life.
I highly recommend neato. There are youtube videos comparing neato to other brands and neato beats competition at this price point (suction power, navigation, app, and 'no-go' lines)
