Costco: LG Gram 17" Laptop: Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Win 10 for $799.97 YMMV
I found it at my local Costco for $799.97 + tax.
Apparently, they are getting rid of the units with 256GB SSD.
This is even a better deal than the Black Friday deal for $1099 (with 512GB SSD instead).
The LG Gram 17 has an empty m.2 SSD slot and the ram is also upgradeable.
Reasons to buy:
Size: 17-inch laptop in a 15-inch body
Battery Life: rated at 20 hours but more realistically 12-16 depending on usage.
Weight: only 2.95 pounds
Can be charged through USB-C
Reasons NOT to buy:
Not a gaming machine (integrated intel UHD Graphics 620
No Touch Screen
