That would have to be a typo. The 2080 is RTX as there is no GTX 2080. They used to all be GTX, so I can understand how they made that mistake. I'm so used to typing GTX that I've done it myself.

Single GPU means that 500W is 100% enough....and also this CPU can't be overclocked, there is really no reason to upgrade the Power supply....
RTX 2080 under full load costs 250W, how do you consume the remaining 250W with a CPU that can't be overclocked. DDR4 Ram & SSD only cost ~5W each....
Some manufacturers recommend 550W. I think most people would be fine with the stock PSU if they're just gaming, but not for heavy tasks like encoding. Undervolting may help. You'd be surprised how little wattage some people buy for power supplies, I remember when 450W was the highest SFX PSU and people were running 1080's.

CONS:
Only 2 RAM slots, so you an add 1 more 16GB stick of RAM
CPU Cooler sucks and is loud. Replace this
Lack of adaptability. Not a lot of slots for things apparently.
PSU is underpowered. Replace this
System runs hot
