Deal looks solid thx OP, but compared to other at the same price point, is the hp a better option than Dell at this point? Dell has always been a turn off because they solder their ram to the boards... diabolical. If anyone can share their input thanks in advance

This is a tiger lake CPU with no Arc gpu. Obviously not great for the latest games. But if you're not into gaming it's solid for the price.

The ebay deal that was posted with the same computer is priced better with the coupon. It's just Newegg selling on eBay and it comes with the Allstate warranty

Just the 2 x 16G DDR4 RAM worth $180 to $200. The 256G ssd worth $52. Assuming the laptop is in good condition, it is a decent deal.

Imagine you buy a laptop with low end cpu such as Celeron with 4G RAM and 128G ssd for $200. After upgrading the RAM to 16G and SSD to 256G, the total cost is at least $350.

A small shop owner just told me about another price increase in DDR4 and DDR5 RAM. They are going even higher.
