Answer: Yes it does.
Checked this out at the store and the sticker says:
15.6" Full HD WVA Touch Display.
WVA = Wide Viewing Angle
Dell officlal spec says IPS display with 220 nits brightness:

this has a small battery given that it is a 15 inch, and it is not super light weight. So this is a great computer for those who will dock it with a monitor and plugged in like 80% of the time and only occassionally take it on the road. Keep those things in mind.
Looks like there are two memory slots that are easily accessible after removing the cover:

Here's one review:

The Core i7-1065G7 integrates the biggest G7 variant with 64 CUs clocked at 300 - 1100 MHz. The Iris Plus G7 should be twice as fast as the predecessors and best the AMD Vega 10 GPU in current Ryzen APUs.
thought people said Intel basically reached the limit for their architecture last year, so how can they have a new cpu with such a low GHz and less cores not too far behind the other? I mean the difference is maybe 20-30% which still is decently large, but with THAT much higher specs? It's probably very close to the same if you compare it with the more mainstream laptop 9th gen one (I forget which one that is).

Here's the side-by-side comparison of i7-1065G7 vs. i7-9750H:
https://www.cpubenchmar
1. Notice how the 10th Gen is faster in "CPU Single Thread Rating" (2572 vs. 2476).
So most applications will benefit from this new CPU even if they are not multi-threadable.
2. Power consumption of the 10th Gen is comparatively very low for this level of performance. The power savings could come from lower clock speed (GHz) and also the newer manufacturing technology 10nm/7nm.

Likewise, I would have preferred more RAM instead of touchscreen.
