blower cooler...
nothing like trying to get dust out of a cooler you can't disassemble.
eight jiggily bites.
I am still having a hard time justifying a $300 card that goes on sale for $400.
What do you mean?
1. You can easily open it up if needed with a normal screwdriver.
2. 8 GB is enough for 1440p and this is not 4k card.
3. MSRP is $399, so it is not $300 card
4. The sale price here is $369.99, not $400. And on top of that you get some games as perks.
The only statement you made that makes any sense is that it is "blower cooler".

Any reason I'd consider this brand over ASRock for $20-30 less (AR)?
Or better yet:

No point when you can get the xfx thicc 2 for 389.99 and asrock challenger for 379.99
Does XFX have a better cooler? That ASRock (link above) is just 339.99 AR
I'm settling in on ATI due to MacOS compatibility as well, and so far looking like the ASRock XT @ 339.99 is the best deal (even compared to non-XT for $290 that I've seen a few times)

Asrock xfx and asus are the worst 5700 cards even msi. but they are all better then reference, except the asus its even worse.
The xfx card i think they fixed the cooler so should be better, the asrock and xfx its still quieter and 10+c cooler then reference.
Another thing is i recommend people remember your still paying tax if you know of website that doesn't charge tax it can be even better.
Like for me im in NYC this card is 269.99+ tax around 400$.
but they're some website that still doesn't charge tax to NYC, i can get a Sapphire pulse or gigabyte 3 fan for 400$ flat.
Decent price if you are looking for an SSD as well.
@PaulV1, I just purchased that deal last night. Not familiar with urlhasbeenblocked until seeing these deals but took a chance. I got the super points with Master Card in hope's of picking up an M.2 NVME drive afterwards which would make this a killer deal.
RX 5700 xt wasn't my first choice. I was looking at the RTX 2060 super. I think I can deal with the blower cooler. But, for $379 delivered with $125 in super points, this was a no brainer.

Well some of us are forced to pay taxes, obviously your left hemisphere doesn't count taxes.
And it is a comment section, there is no law that says everything that people state must be cited and cross referenced. https://youtu.be/S0eYigMcgpg
This is what I mean by blower stuff.
You are better off paying $30 more for a different style cooler already attached and pre-over-clocked with better power tables already in the firmware from the company rather than wasting your time modding the blower cooler with washers to fix the design flaw.
The 5700 navi chip thermal throttles at 110c, and this design will guarantee you get 90c minimum while using it.
Some brands have an issue where the temp gets 10c hotter than others, so buyer beware and do a little research.
And it is not the memory that does 1440p, it is the all of it, your monitors ability to downscale or upscale, your pass-through equipment, the graphics chips ability, the speed of the chip, not having a cpu bottle neck, etc...
And as far as the $300 gpu comment, it means I feel this GPU should be at a $300 price point, not $400.
longer wty, some folks don't have a MC nearby and don't do well with rebates

Put on Accelero III, undervolt to 1900hz/975mv. Couldn't be happier.
