Oof, very tempting. I've been wanting to sell my dual 34" 3440x1440 monitors for one of these. Can anyone comment on how well freesync works on an Nvidia card now that they've opened them up to work together? Is it as good as GSync or does GSync work better for some reason?

Great monitor, just note that it's a VA panel. Also be aware of the terrible QC on these... dead pixels, fractured screens on delivery, etc. Several owners have had to go through multiple monitors to get one worth keeping.

I run the dell AW3418DW 3440x1440 GSync monitor with a 1080ti and cannot substation 120 FPS on high settings for modern warfare, black ops 4, battlefield 5 etc.

This monitor will require more gpu power with its higher resolution. I wouldn't suggest playing any newer fast paced first person shooters with this monitor unless you have a 2080ti.

Keeping a consistent FPS and not running your gpu over 97% utilization gives you the fastest and a steady pixel response time which is ideal for playing these types of games.

The 1080p version has, but this is the 1440p version.

Flawless for me. A true gsync monitor is better at lower frame rates as the range often goes lower than freesync. However running games at high frame rates 120hz and above Makes that moot. I have a 144hz lg free sync 2 monitor and it is great. Only thing is hdr in Windows sucks. Broken half the time.

Honestly if you can sit farther back go for the Lg c9 oled. Supports gsync, amazing color and contrast, can run 120hz 1440p. HDMI 2.1 which is a big pipe for future graphics cards.
