The only thing you should be even remotely worried about is the fact that it's used. Literally everything else is perfect, and yes, the price is perfect too

I don't know for certain, but I would be extremely surprised if Sony honored the warranty. Their warranty terms require a dated receipt and the warranty period starts from the original purchase date. It specifically excludes any products sold "as-is". I've never had to warranty a Sony product before, but I'm told they're very strict.

Sold by Amazon warehouse. The amazon offers most of the time ( almost always ) appliy only for sold and shipped by Amazon.com.
