open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia ("Territory") who, as of the date of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their primary state of residence, whichever is older.

There is a limit of one (1) General Entry per person into the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period.

Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive his or her choice of one (1) of the three (3) trips outlined below. Upon claiming the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner may choose the prize originally selected at the time of registration for the General Entry or select a different Grand Prize option than what was originally selected. No more than one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in the Sweepstakes.

i. A vacation to New York, New York for two (2). This Grand Prize option consists of a four (4) day / three (3) night vacation package (the "Vacation Package" or "Grand Prize") for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest" and together with the Grand Prize Winner, the "Group"), including: [1] roundtrip coach/economy class airfare for the Group between the major U.S. gateway airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner's residence ("Departure Airport" as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and an airport at or near New York, New York (an "Arrival Airport" as determined solely by Sponsor provided that the Group resides outside of a 200 mile radius of New York, New York; [2] three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations during the trip (one [1] standard room/double occupancy at a hotel to be determined solely by Sponsor); [3] a behind the scenes experience at ABC's "Good Morning America" ("GMA"); [4] the Grand Prize Winner serving as a guest of honor at the daily opening ceremony of the Disney store in New York's Time Square ("Opening Ceremony") and receiving a $500 Disney Gift Card (subject to terms and conditions at www.disneygiftcard.com) and a commemorative Opening Ceremony key; and [5] two (2) tickets to see THE LION KING musical on Broadway at the Minskoff Theatre, 200 West 45th Street, New York, New York (including a backstage experience). The ARV of this trip Grand Prize option is $10,000. The ARV of the GMA experience and the Disney store guest of honor experience is $0. ARV may vary from actual value, depending on variables including but not limited to date and point of departure. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Travel must be completed between February 15, 2020 and May 31, 2020.

ii. A Disney Cruise Line® vacation for four (4). This Grand Prize option consists of a five (5) day / four (4) night Disney Cruise Line® cruise vacation package to the Bahamas (the "Vacation Package" or "Grand Prize") for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests ("Guests" and together with the Grand Prize Winner, the "Group"), including: [1] round trip coach airfares for the Group between the Departure Airport and Orlando International Airport in Orlando, FL (an "Arrival Airport") provided that the Group resides outside a 200 mile radius of Port Canaveral, FL; [2] round trip ground transportation from Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral, Florida, provided that the Group resides outside a 200 mile radius of Port Canaveral; [3] a four-night cruise to the Bahamas on the Disney Dream® Cruise Ship ("Ship") in one (1) stateroom (maximum capacity four [4] people; location/category at the discretion of Disney Cruise Line®); [4] all meals aboard the Ship (except Palo and Remy Fine Dining); [5] a special behind-the-scenes experience for the Group on the Ship as determined by Disney Cruise Line® (subject to Ship's itinerary, operating hours, availability and other restrictions) and [6] pre-paid gratuities, Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined at www.disneycruise.com/taxesandfees). Items not included as part of the vacation package which are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and Guests include: shore excursions; travel insurance; nursery charges; laundry service; spa treatments; alcoholic beverages; local and long distance telephone calls; ship to shore communications including internet; merchandise and souvenirs; incidental expenses; additional tips and gratuities; income and other taxes; transportation between each Guest's home and gateway airport; airline baggage fees; and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. The ARV of this trip Grand Prize option is $9,064.76. ARV of Ship's behind-the-scenes experience is $0. ARV may vary from actual value, depending on variables including but not limited to date and point of departure. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Travel must be completed between February 15, 2019, and November 30, 2020. Block Out Dates: 12/23/19; 12/30/19; 04/13/20; 04/20/20; 05/25/20; 06/01/20; 06/08/20; 06/17/20; 07/01/20; 07/13/20; 07/20/20 (Block Out Dates at the discretion of Disney Cruise Line® and subject to change). Vacation fulfillment is subject to availability and restrictions at www.disneycruise.com. Travel may not occur during cruise ship or airline blockout periods. Each Guest in the Group is responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel which may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. It is the Guests' responsibility to check with their travel agent, government agencies, embassies or consulates prior to their vacation to ensure that they have proper citizenship documentation. U.S. Citizens can also visit the State Department's travel website at www.travel.state.gov, or call the U.S. National Passport Information Center at (877) 4USA-PPT for more information. Guests of all ages are strongly encouraged to obtain passports.

iii. A Disneyland® Resort vacation for four (4). This Grand Prize option consists of a three (3) Day / two (2) Night vacation package (the "Vacation Package" or "Grand Prize") for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests ("Guests" and together with the Grand Prize Winner, the "Group") to the Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, California ("Resort") consisting of: [1] up to four (4) round trip coach airfares for the Group between the Departure Airport and a Southern California area airport (an "Arrival Airport" as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) provided that the Group resides outside a 200 mile radius of Anaheim, CA; [2] up to four (4) round trip ground transfers for the Group between the Arrival Airport, the Resort and The Walt Disney Studios provided that the Group resides outside a 200 mile radius of Anaheim, CA; [3] two (2) consecutive nights' accommodations (one standard room, quad occupancy) at a Resort hotel or Resort area hotel as determined by Sponsor; [4] up to four (4) 3-Day, 1-Park per day Disneyland® Resort tickets with Disney MaxPass (subject to restrictions); [5] services of a VIP Tour Guide for up to seven (7) consecutive hours (guide to be selected by Sponsor; subject to Resort operating hours and other restrictions); [6] a special Disney guided tour experience for the Group as determined by Sponsor (subject to Resort operating hours and other restrictions); [7] one (1) special dining experience for the Group at a Resort restaurant (restaurant and meal to be determined by Sponsor); and [8] a private tour of The Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California ("Studios Tour") including round trip ground transportation from Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA to The Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, CA. The approximate retail value ("ARV") for the Vacation Package: $10,000. ARV of the Studios Tour is $0. Actual value of the vacation package may vary depending on Grand Prize Winner's point of departure and fluctuations of hotel rate and airfares. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual cost of the Vacation Package will not be awarded. Travel must be completed between February 15, 2020 and May 31, 2020. First Prizes (5): Each First Prize Winner will receive a First Prize package ("First Prize") which includes one (1) One Day at Disney book, one (1) Disney promotional tote bag and one (1) $200 Disney Gift Card (subject to terms and conditions at www.disneygiftcard.com). No more than five (5) First Prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. The ARV of each First Prize is $250.

C. Total ARV of All Prizes: The total ARV of all prizes in the Sweepstakes ranges from $10,314.76 to $11,250, depending on Grand Prize Winner selection.

Prize Conditions: In no event will more than one (1) Grand Prize and five (5) First Prizes be awarded. Limit: There is a limit of one (1) prize per person.
