Please mind that it has a 400 nits screen, a 13th gen Intel i7, and Thunderbolt 4. Apart from that Predator Triton is the brand's premium series.

But yeah, it's a little high for me, would bite at $700.

One concern is notebookcheck showed while gaming it gets even hotter than an Asus G14 (with 6700S). That's a pass for me.

This one is gaming laptop with dedicated GPU, x13 for $700 have iGPU (comparatively good).
dGPU in this laptop is about 200% faster (x3) than iGPU in x13. You can play more games at better settings.
