    i believe more of a fall - it's not a thick jacket, and online reviews suggested good for 30-50 degree temps.

    I bought one of the men's in LT Black from another listing here or somewhere for the same deal. My impression it's a very lightweight jacket. I plan to use this layering when I hike. On it's own It's not a frigid weather jacket but for it's weight it will deliver a lot of warmth. A side note but it seemed to take forever to get this shipped from Eddie Bauer, so don't hold your breath waiting for delivery.
    For the price I feel it is an excellent buy..
