I haven't bought one yet myself (I just received the 300lb CAP barbell set recently, although I've been using adjustable dumbbells for years), but I'm looking at the Repfitness PR-1000/1100 series. (The racks can handle up to 600lbs of weight) Repfitness appears to be a reputable budget option from what I've read. https://www.amazon.com/Rep-Fitnes...291&sr=8-1
Otherwise I'd go Rogue Fitness. (Titan Fitness for the SUPER budget option, but their quality control is considered the worst of the bunch) Rogue is expensive, but their equipment is designed for commercial gyms and have been known to withstand decades of abuse. The specific rack/stand you'd want depends on what exercises you'll be doing, how much weight you'll be lifting, the ceiling height of your lifting area, what attachments you'll want to add, and of course what you're willing to spend.

Check out garage gym reviews on YouTube. Personally I like Titan, their t3 racks are replicas of the rogue for much less but still very good quality 11 guage steel.
Many people underestimate how heavy 300lbs is for exercises outside deads and squats, especially for the average individual who isn't considering competition-level power/stronglifting. Even the popular adjustable dumbbell sets usually top out at 180lbs total.
And if you don't own one, please buy a rack/stand so you can do squats, bench presses, etc. safely. Rogue, Repfitness, Titan, and some of the other major equipment sites are currently having sales. (Make sure to get something with spotter arms/bars)
Also make sure you know how to bail from a lift safely. May not make it back to the rack especially when squatting. Also if benching alone leaving the barbell clips off allows for dropping plates if needed.

Great stater set. Got one for this price about 5 years ago. Sold the plates for about $170 (.70/lb) and the bar for $80. Now I have a commercial gym set up consisting of Rogue, Ivanko, Cybex and York. Depending on the area these flip well to resolutioners.
