15% mandatory re-stocking fee even on unopened returns.

I cancelled 1 day after order was placed before it was even assembled but HP says the 15% restocking fee will still apply.

Stay away!

Simple solution. Make sure you actually want/need it before ordering.....

It's customizable on HP's site - 12GB (+$80) or 16GB (+$140). I bought one of these back in April and replaced the HDD it had with an old 1TB Samsung SSD - wasn't too hard. I don't know how easy installing RAM would be though.

HP's site says it has an NVIDIA® GeForce® MX250 (2 GB GDDR5). I'm not too familiar with laptop graphics cards, so I don't know if this is good or not, but it should be better than on processor Intel graphics.

Paying $80 for 4GB of extra RAM is crazy. Get the standard config and install an extra 8GB for probably $35 or less from all the RAM deals here on Slicdeals!

The MX250 is only suitable for light gaming.
